Return the identity of the current SSO session

sessionCookie outpost_session_<env><token>
SSO session cookie set by GET /v1/auth/callback. Named outpost_session_<env> (e.g. outpost_session_dev) so concurrent dashboard sessions against different Outpost environments do not overwrite each other. Always carries the ADMIN role, and is used by the Outpost dashboard rather than by API consumers.
